D-LINK EXTENDS PROFESSIONAL IP SURVEILLANCE RANGE WITH INDOOR DOME NETWORK CAMERAS
Serves up high-definition video and remote monitoring for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in an IK-10 rated housing

D-Link today announced the launch of two new network cameras that capture high-definition (HD) video, implement a robust "vandal-proof" housing, and include an advanced Web interface for configuration.
The DCS-6112V and DCS-6113V are professional fixed dome surveillance and security cameras for small and medium enterprises. These models are suitable for deployment indoors as their high-strength IK-10 rated housing makes them resistant to physical impacts and acts of vandalism. Each offers real-time viewing and monitoring with high-definition video quality. Multiple video streams with varying configurations can be run simultaneously to attend different requirements for live viewing and recording. These cameras can capture high resolution images, which is extremely beneficial for monitoring large areas, or for situations where an event or specific object needs to be examined in greater detail.
"High-definition video is rapidly becoming the mainstream standard for surveillance," said [INSERT NAME, TITLE]. "The DCS-6112V and DCS-6113V offers up superb image quality from a robust and durable housing, suitable for some of the most challenging indoor deployment scenarios."
An advanced web interface offers a professional experience with tree-view menus, multiple-language support, and accessible HTML code for live streaming. Using accessible HTML code, users can choose a preset configuration from a menu and then copy the code to embed the live video stream on a web page. This unique feature offers greater convenience for network administrators and business owners who prefer a more familiar way to view camera feeds.
Both the D-Link DCS-6112V and DCS-6113V HD network cameras include event management, Micro SD card storage, multiple protocol support, and video management. In addition, the DCS-6113V camera offers day and night infrared (IR) illumination for capturing video in both dark and dimly lighted environments using IR LEDs and an infrared cut removable (ICR) filter. The ICR filter can be manually activated via the Web, or set to automatically adjust based on lighting conditions. This feature enables the camera to capture crisp color images during the daytime and detailed grayscale images at night or in low light conditions.
